Exercise-Focused Education & Coaching for Adults With Diabetes

Glucose Balance Training is designed to complement the care provided by endocrinologists, diabetes care and education specialists, and other healthcare professionals by helping adults with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes better understand how exercise may affect their glucose and become more confident being physically active.

GBT focuses specifically on exercise education, glucose-pattern awareness, practical activity planning, and helping individuals build sustainable exercise routines.

Our goal is to support your work—not replace it.

Who to Refer

Glucose Balance Training may be appropriate for adults with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes who are medically appropriate for exercise and who:

• Know they should exercise but are unsure how to begin

• Feel anxious about glucose changes during or after activity

• Have difficulty understanding how different types of exercise affect their glucose

• Want help recognizing their individual exercise-and-glucose patterns

• Need structure, education, and accountability to become more active

• Would benefit from a practical, personalized starting exercise plan

GBT can provide the exercise-focused support that is often difficult to cover during a traditional medical visit.
